At Explore Outdoor Co., we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward, hassle-free return policy designed with your satisfaction in mind.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns beyond that time frame.


2. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • Our Fault? If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Changed Your Mind? No problem! You can still return it, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.


3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Defective

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working properly, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once we inspect the item, we’ll either ship a replacement or issue a full refund—including any original shipping costs you paid.


4. Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you simply decide the item’s not right for you:

  • Make sure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund for the product only (minus any shipping charges).

  • Return shipping is your responsibility.


5. Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: banks or credit card providers may take an additional few days to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and it hasn’t appeared, email us at support@exploreoutdoorco.com and we’ll help you out.


Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply—this varies depending on the product and reason for return. If you're unsure, our support team can clarify before you send anything back.
