Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimums, no surprises.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed as soon as possible. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. We’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and carrier scheduling.
Shipping Methods
Larger items may ship via freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For freight shipments, you’ll be contacted in advance to schedule curbside delivery. Please make sure to provide an accurate phone number at checkout so we can coordinate your delivery smoothly.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once it ships, we’ll send a follow-up email with your tracking number and link so you can keep an eye on your delivery in real time.

Order Cancellations
