Fountains should be drained, cleaned, and protected from freezing conditions according to the included care instructions. Customer is responsible for proper maintenance, winterizing, and routine care.
Shipping & Freight
This fountain may require a shipping or freight quote based on item size, delivery location, and carrier requirements. Applicable shipping charges may be shown at checkout or confirmed before fulfillment.
Large fountains typically ship by freight carrier with curbside delivery. Freight delivery does not include inside delivery, final placement, assembly, installation, or setup.
Delivery & Placement
This fountain ships securely crated and may arrive in multiple pieces. Individual components may weigh up to 200 lbs, and two or more people may be needed for placement and assembly.
Customer is responsible for moving the fountain from the delivery point to its final location and for confirming that the delivery location, pathway, and placement area can accommodate the product.
Due to the weight of this item, additional assistance or equipment may be required after delivery.
Fountain Setup & Care
Customer is responsible for proper setup, leveling, maintenance, winterizing, and following all included care instructions.
Fountains should be placed on a stable, level surface and properly maintained to help prevent damage from weather, freezing temperatures, improper setup, or lack of routine care.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the shipment at delivery. If packaging is damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact us promptly.
Exaco may resolve damage by sending replacement parts rather than replacing the full item.
Returns
Exaco fountains are not eligible for standard buyer’s remorse returns. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for original outbound shipping, return shipping, and any applicable restocking, packaging replacement, or damage-related deductions.
All returns must be authorized in advance.
