Customer is responsible for confirming the correct outlet, dedicated circuit, amperage, voltage, wiring, and installation location before use. Extension cords, surge protectors, and non-approved power setups should not be used.
Shipping & Delivery
This item includes curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States. Delivery is curbside or end-of-driveway only and does not include white-glove delivery, inside delivery, final placement, assembly, or installation. Liftgate delivery is generally standard for residential freight shipments.
This sauna has a total shipping weight of approximately 1565 lbs. Please plan ahead for delivery, unloading, final placement, and assembly. Customer is responsible for moving the sauna from the curbside delivery point to its final location.
A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination. Address and phone confirmation may be required before shipment. If shipping details cannot be confirmed after repeated attempts, the order may be canceled.
Returns
Golden Designs products are not eligible for standard returns once opened, assembled, installed, used, or filled with water. Unused returns may be considered within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization and original packaging.
Approved returns may be subject to original outbound freight, return freight, restocking fees, and inspection deductions.
Delivery Inspection
Inspect all packaging at delivery. Refuse delivery only for major visible damage, such as large holes, forklift damage, or severe product damage. Minor exterior packaging damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and photographed.
Concealed damage, missing parts, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery or discovery, and no later than 7 days whenever possible.
