Shipping & Delivery
This item includes residential curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States. Delivery is typically made to the curb, end of driveway, or nearest accessible delivery point.
The freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the crate, moving the sauna to its final location, assembly, or installation. Large Leisurecraft sauna crates may be heavy and oversized. Liftgate service is not guaranteed, and some deliveries may require customer-arranged unloading equipment, terminal pickup, a trailer, tilt tow, forklift, or additional help.
Please make sure your delivery location can accommodate a large freight truck before ordering. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna from the delivery point to its final location.
Returns & Cancellations
Leisurecraft products are not eligible for standard buyer’s remorse returns. Once shipped, these items are generally considered final sale unless there is a manufacturer-approved exception, freight damage, missing parts, or another approved issue.
If an exception is approved, restocking fees, return freight charges, and other applicable costs may apply. Please contact us before attempting to return any Leisurecraft item, as returns must be authorized in advance.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the shipment carefully at delivery. If there is visible damage, note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing, take photos of the shipment and packaging, and contact us right away.
Damage or missing parts claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt so we can assist with the claim process.
