The Homecraft Revive Electric Sauna Heater requires proper electrical installation and must be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, local building codes, and applicable electrical requirements.
A licensed electrician should be used for electrical connection. Proper heater sizing, clearances, ventilation, control placement, stone loading, and installation location are important for safe and effective performance.

Shipping & Delivery
This heater may ship separately from sauna kits or other accessories. If ordered with a sauna, delivery timing and shipment method may vary by product and fulfillment schedule.
The heater and stones are heavy once assembled and loaded. Customers are responsible for moving the heater and any related components to the final installation location.
Returns & Cancellations
Heaters, controls, electrical components, and sauna accessories must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging to be considered for return.
Once installed, wired, used, or altered, this item is not eligible for a standard return. All returns must be authorized in advance, and approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs, restocking fees, or supplier requirements.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If there is visible damage, note the damage with the carrier when possible, take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us right away.
Damage, missing parts, or incorrect item claims should be reported as soon as possible so we can assist with the claim process.
