Residential freight delivery is curbside only and does not include white-glove delivery, inside delivery, final placement, assembly, or installation.
Fire pits typically ship via LTL freight and are delivered on a pallet. A delivery appointment may be required. If additional freight charges, oversized delivery requirements, remote-area fees, or special delivery conditions apply, we will contact you before fulfillment.
Professional Installation Required
Professional installation is required for gas, propane, electrical ignition, and related fire feature connections. Customer is responsible for confirming fuel type, gas pressure, electrical requirements, clearances, ventilation, drainage, local codes, permits, and installation requirements before ordering.
Installation must be completed by a qualified professional according to manufacturer instructions and all applicable local codes.
Finish & Material Variation
Many The Outdoor Plus products are handcrafted. Variations in GFRC concrete, texture, tone, and color are expected and are not considered defects.
Actual finish appearance may vary from photos due to natural material variation, hand-finishing, lighting, screen settings, and outdoor exposure over time.
Delivery Inspection
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Refuse delivery if there is visible product damage or significant packaging damage that may indicate product damage. Minor packaging wear should be noted on the delivery receipt and photographed.
Concealed damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and supporting documentation so we can assist with the claim process.
