Delivery Inspection
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Refuse delivery if there is visible product damage or significant packaging damage that may indicate product damage. Minor packaging wear should be noted on the delivery receipt and photographed.
Concealed damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and supporting documentation so we can assist with the claim process.
