Returns & Cancellations

Videl USA products generally follow The Outdoor Plus core shipping, damage claim, and warranty structure. Made-to-order and custom products are generally non-cancelable and non-returnable once production begins.

Cancellation or modification requests should be made within 24–48 hours of order placement and are subject to production status. After 48 hours, approved requests may be limited to store credit and may be subject to restocking fees.

Professional Installation Required

Professional installation is required for outdoor kitchen, gas, propane, electrical, refrigeration, and related utility connections. Customer is responsible for confirming fuel type, gas pressure, electrical requirements, ventilation, clearances, local codes, permits, and installation requirements before ordering.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect your shipment at delivery. Refuse delivery if there is visible product damage or significant packaging damage that may indicate product damage. Minor packaging wear should be noted on the delivery receipt.

Concealed damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and supporting documentation.
